The LRIS is not simply a lawyer directory. The participating attorneys are members of the bar in good standing, have no public disciplinary actions taken against them, and carry liability insurance. We make referrals to attorneys based on the fields they practice on a regular basis. For certain fields of practice, we require documentation of experience and specific casework. A referral through the KBA Lawyer Referral & Information Service is more than just a name.
