Summary

The CLE program "What lawyers need to know about the business and tax impact of the CARES Act" was originally presented and recorded on February 5, 2021.

Since the CARES Act last spring, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 was signed in late December and provides a number of new provisions and extended provisions that may be of interest. Attend this one-hour CLE program to learn what expenses are forgivable through the PPP, how to deduct those expenses for the 2020 tax year, and other provisions of the bill affecting the PPP. This CLE will answer your questions, and law firms of all sizes will benefit from this material.

Presenters: Andrew Hale, Kramer Rayson LLP and Jill Neace, Coulter & Justus, P.C.

(If you have any questions about the program please contact the speakers at ahale@kramer-rayson.com or jneace@cj-pc.com)

Approved for 1 hour of "Online" General CLE Credit

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Please verify when you register for an online CLE course that you have not previously attended the program during the live or webinar presentation or the video replay series offered twice a year. The CLE Commission will not approve CLE credit for the same course even if it is taken in a different calendar year.
