Summary

The CLE Program "Well-Being Template – Managing Partner Round Table" was originally presented and recorded on September 13, 2019.

Now that lawyer well-being has risen to widespread prominence, many law firms and other legal employers know that they need to watch for signs that an employee is experiencing impairment due to a substance use disorder, mental health disorder or cognitive impairment. But many still struggle with exactly how to respond.

Speakers: Hon. Deborah Stevens, Circuit Court Judge (Moderator), Doug Overbey, U.S. Attorney, Dale Amburn, London & Amburn, Betsy Beck, Kramer Rayson and Cheryl Rice, Egerton Mcafee

(If you have any questions about the program please contact the speaker at DAmburn@londonamburn.com; bbeck@kramer-rayson.com; Douglas.Overbey@usdoj.gov; crice@emlaw.com; Deborah.Stevens@knoxcounty.org)

Approved for 1 hour of "Online" Dual CLE Credit.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Please verify when you register for an online CLE course that you have not previously attended the program during the live presentation or the video replay series offered twice a year. The CLE Commission will not approve CLE credit for the same course even if it is taken in a different calendar year.
