The CLE Program "Technology Ethics and Risk Management Issues for In-House Counsel" was originally presented and recorded on August 15, 2019.

We’ll discuss steps you should consider as in-house counsel to manage the many risks these activities present, including compliance with applicable laws on privacy, labor, and other data-related matters, while also adhering to the Rules of Professional Conduct.
