The CLE program "A Discussion About Workers' Compensation Law" was originally presented and recorded on August 11, 2020.
Join in the discussion about emerging challenges and opportunities in Workers’ Compensation law. This series will allow members of the same practice area to discuss pressing issues and share resources. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is proving challenging for businesses in many ways, including raising the possibility of an increase in occupational illnesses. Our panelists will lead a discussion on the ultimate impact on workers’ compensation systems, including greater claims frequency for some industries and higher overall costs.
Presenters: Timothy A. Roberto, The Lawyers of Brown and Roberto
Jennifer S. White, Peterson White, LLP
