The CLE Program "Workers’ Compensation in the Post-Reform Era: Navigating the System and Avoiding the Pitfalls" was originally presented and recorded on July 25, 2019.

In this session, attendees will hear from judges on the Court of Workers’ Compensation Claims and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Topics to be discussed include: applicable rules and regulations, procedures for initiating and handling a claim, appeal options, and recent case law developments.
