The CLE Program "Clearing the Fog: Juvenile Court Delinquency Practice Demystified" was originally presented and recorded on June 20, 2019.
Assistant Public Defender Christina Kleiser and Assistant District Attorney Tammy Hicks will start from the beginning of a delinquent case in Knox County and walk you through the process from both sides of the courtroom. You'll gain invaluable insight on everything from the investigative phase to appeals with examples that will explain away the mysteries of juvenile court and help make you an efficient and effective practitioner in your juvenile delinquency practice.

The CLE Commission will not approve CLE credit for the same course even if it is taken in a different calendar year.
