The CLE Program "Federal Court Practice - Issues in Employment Law" was originally presented and recorded on May 9, 2019.

Appearing in the Federal Court poses unique challenges. The rules of the game are different. Having a clear understanding of the rules and procedure is critical to your clients’ success and this is your opportunity to learn from the judges and fellow members of the bar. This seminar is designed to acquaint the practitioner with some of the nuts and bolts of federal practice with an emphasis on employment law issues in the Eastern District of Tennessee.
