The CLE program "A Discussion About Mediation Practice" was originally presented and recorded on June 30, 2020.
Join in the discussion about emerging challenges and opportunities in the area of Mediation. This series will allow members of the same practice area to discuss pressing issues and share resources. Our panelists will lead a discussion what aspects of Mediation Law have been impacted by COVID-19 and identify areas that may experience a boom once a version of normal life resumes. They will also offer practical tips on how to be successful in an online environment and discuss the benefits and ethical issues of engaging in virtual mediations.
