Got serenity? Being a lawyer is stressful, and striking a balance between home and work is particularly tricky now. You've read about the stats. And you know your stress level is off the charts. Now what? Healthy strategies for managing that stress are out there. Knoxville attorney Booth Andrews will share her personal success story for dealing with stress and provide information about stress management, including finding new routines and tips when you are feeling overwhelmed.
