Summary

The CLE program "2020 Updates in Legal Malpractice" was originally presented and recorded on January 9, 2020.

A survey of recent litigation and rules changes impacting the law of professional negligence for attorneys. The purpose of this seminar is to advise lawyers on recent developments in the area of professional negligence, to assist them with managing their practice and limiting potential malpractice exposure
