Approved for Mediation Credit, Employment Law
The CLE program "Getting to Yes! How to Make Your Employment Mediation a Success" was originally presented and recorded on October 15, 2019.
The goal of any mediation is to reach a settlement. Employment cases often have high emotions, which can make getting to yes more difficult than it otherwise might be. This session will provide a mediator’s perspective on things you can do before, during and after the mediation to get your case settled and keep it settled.
Speaker: J. Chadwick Hatmaker, Woolf, McClane, Bright, Allen & Carpenter, PLLC
