Summary

The CLE program "Mediating Estates, Trust and Inheritance Disputes" was originally presented and recorded on November 4, 2020.

Join us for a lively discussion from an experienced mediator and a curious estate planning and probate attorney about new trends in mediation (including how COVID has changed the landscape), the value of an “Independent Resource” in the process, mistakes for all parties to avoid, and valuable suggestions for ensuring that mediation actually works. Especially (but not exclusively) for estate and trust planners and litigators, the presenters will share ideas for getting to mediation before things get really nasty, and arrive at the goal of no winners, no losers, just blissful peace and closure.

Presenters: Anne M. McKinney, McKinney & Tillman, P.C. and Gale Allison, Gale Allison, PLLC

(If you have any questions about the program please contact the speakers at amckinney@ammtaxlaw.com or gale.allison.2020@gmail.com )

Approved for 1 hour of "Online" General CLE Credit and 1 hour of General CME Credit

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Please verify when you register for an online CLE course that you have not previously attended the program during the live presentation or the video replay series offered twice a year. The CLE Commission will not approve CLE credit for the same course even if it is taken in a different calendar year.
