Summary

The CLE Program "Mediating Business or Commercial Disputes – Understanding the Business Owner’s Agenda and Playbook" was originally presented and recorded on September 9, 2019.

Our speaker will discuss various strategies for the mediator in disputes between businesses. We will explore how understanding the business owner’s agenda and playbook for prosecuting, waging, and defending disputes can be useful to help the businesses find common ground and creative mechanisms for settlement.
