The CLE program "A Discussion About Insurance Defense" was originally presented and recorded on August 5, 2020.
Join in the discussion about emerging challenges and opportunities in Insurance Defense law. This series will allow members of the same practice area to discuss pressing issues and share resources. Our panelists will lead a discussion about the impact of COVID-19 on insurers and their outside defense law firms. They will also discuss other timely and important legal issues affecting the insurance industry, and which areas may experience a boom once a version of normal life resumes.
