Summary

The CLE Program "Demands: Tips and Strategies to Maximize Recoveries" was originally presented and recorded on June 27, 2019.

Demands are what force insurance carriers to act, but an effective personal injury demand requires much more than sending a letter attached to some medical records. This presentation covers helpful strategies and advanced techniques that have been used to successfully obtain the liability coverage limits, and sometimes more, in automobile collision claims. This presentation also covers how insurance carriers review and analyze claims, the guiding principles that influence insurance decision makers, and the law that must be considered to maximize settlement.

Speakers: Allison Jackson and Rocky King with Egerton, McAfee, Armistead & Davis, P.C.

(If you have any questions about the program please contact speakers at AJackson@emlaw.com; RKing@emlaw.com )

Approved for 45 minutes of "Online" General CLE Credit.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Please verify when you register for an online CLE course that you have not previously attended the program during the live presentation or the video replay series offered twice a year. The CLE Commission will not approve CLE credit for the same course even if it is taken in a different calendar year.
