The CLE program "Update on the New Child Support Guidelines" was originally presented and recorded on June 2, 2020.
New Child Support guidelines went into effect on May 10, 2020. This is the first significant revision to Tennessee child-support guidelines since 2005, when the income-shares model was adopted. Magistrate Brenda Lindsay-McDaniel will cover an update on the recent changes to the Child Support procedures and highlight the main areas that family law practitioners need to know.
Presenter: Magistrate Brenda Lindsay-McDaniel, Fourth Circuit & Chancery Court
