Summary

The CLE Program "Advanced Purchase and Sale Agreements" was originally presented and recorded on April 12, 2019.

Experienced practitioners will provide an in-depth discussion of select purchase and sale agreement topics, including: Identify the top “gotchas” in commercial PSAs; Learn the current trends in representations and warranties, damage caps, and survival periods; Uninsured losses—how to deal with them in a PSA; Estoppels—what does a buyer need? What should a seller give? and Electronic data rooms—what you see is what you may get!
