The CLE program "Probate and Estate Planning: Legislative Update and Other Interest Items" was originally presented and recorded on March 12, 2020.

The presentation will cover TN and US Legislation dealing with estate planning, probate, conservatorship and tax matters and a review of cases and rulings, decided over the last couple of years, related to those same subjects. In addition, our speaker will discuss what is expected to be pending legislation regarding the small estate act and how it will change procedures, plus other matters pending in the 2020 legislature.
