conference room rental

KBA Conference Room Usage

Downtown and need WiFi access? No problem! As a KBA member, you are welcome to visit the KBA headquarters to access the Internet, use an empty conference room or work in one of our private offices. Make sure that every minute counts! We know you may find yourself downtown with time to spare between hearings or meetings. Use your "free" time between court appearances to keep your practice going.

The KBA conference rooms provide the perfect professional setting for your next meeting or mediation.

Whether you need a convenient downtown office for a client meeting or deposition, or multiple conference rooms to host a mediation, the Knoxville Bar Association has the perfect space.  Hourly rental is available at rates significantly lower than comparable meeting space at downtown hotels or other facility-rental locations.

What space is available?

Conference Room 1 has a large round table which can seat up to 25 (15 comfortably at the table).  Conference Room I also includes a PC with a DVD player, flat screen and wireless access for connecting to a laptop (software installation required).   Conference Room 2 has a conference room table which can seat 16 (8 at the conference room table).  A screen and projector is available is available if not being used by the KBA for other meetings or CLE programs.  There is a shared private restroom between the two conference rooms.

Because of the shared restroom, both rooms are reserved as a suite (single room option not available).  The KBA Conference Room Suite may be reserved by members of the Knoxville Bar Association for a rental fee of $125 for half-day (less than three hours) and $250 for a full day (three hours or more). The non member rental fee is $200 for half-day (less than 3 hours) and $400 rate for a full day (three hours or more). Member or non member rate determined by KBA membership status of the responsible party or parties.

Ideal for:

-- Client meetings and depositions
-- Board meetings and planning sessions
