Summary

The KBA CLE program "2025 Updates in Legal Malpractice (Navigating Shark Infested Waters)" was originally presented and recorded on July 31, 2025.

When things go wrong, bad often goes to worse, and the practice of law can turn into a feeding frenzy with lawyers adrift in treacherous waters. This seminar will survey recent litigation and rules changes impacting the law of professional negligence for attorneys, the rise of pro se litigants seeking to sue their former lawyers, and best practices for navigating difficult situations to limit malpractice exposure.

Presenter: Jason Long, Lewis Thomason

(If you have any questions about the program, please contact the speaker at JLong@LewisThomason.com )

Approved for 1 hour of Dual CLE Credit
