The KBA CLE program "Hide & Seek: Your Personal Data (and Your Clients’) is Everywhere" was originally presented and recorded on March 19, 2026.

Modern life leaves a constant trail of digital exhaust—from smartphones and browsers to apps, cloud services, and even vehicles—much of it surrendered voluntarily and often unknowingly. This session examines how everyday internet and mobile behaviors expose deeply personal and business-critical information, and how that data is collected, correlated, monetized, and weaponized. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of what data is exposed, who can access it, and the potential legal, security, and reputational risks that follow. The goal is to help professionals understand what they—and their clients—are truly giving away, and why it matters.
