Summary

The KBA CLE program "Bankruptcy Case Law Update 2025" was originally presented and recorded on December 17, 2025.

Our presenters will cover current and ethical issues in Chapters 7, 11, and 13. The focus of the presentation will be a review of recent decisions from Tennessee and across the country on practice-related and ethical issues involving bankruptcy.
