The KBA CLE program "Ethical Considerations in Juvenile Court" was originally presented and recorded on November 14, 2025.

This program will examine the distinctive ethical challenges that attorneys encounter when practicing in juvenile court. Our presenters will take a practical look at real-world issues like confidentiality, the attorney-client relationship with minors, conflicts of interest, and the balance between advocacy and the child’s best interests. Attendees will gain practical guidance on navigating these sensitive issues while upholding professional responsibility standards.
