Summary

The KBA CLE program "9.5 Ways to Torpedo a Mediation - A Practical Guide for Mediators and Attorneys" was originally presented and recorded on September 18, 2025.

Occasionally, it’s just one of those days where the mediator and the attorney know that NOTHING is going to happen. Sometimes it’s a lack of preparation. Sometimes it’s a client with batsh*! expectations. And sometimes, it’s just raining. Join us in a discussion of 9.5 ways to keep your mediation from ending after 10 minutes. And yes, the .5 is the most important tip.

Presenter: Scott Taylor, Bernstein, Stair & McAdams, LLP

(If you have any questions about the program, please contact the speaker at staylor@bsmlaw.com)

Approved for 1 hour of General CLE Credit and 1 hour of General CME Credit
