The Retired Judge's/Chancellor's Portrait Committee of the Knoxville Bar Foundation invites you to attend the ceremony unveiling the portraits of Chancellor Daryl Fansler, Criminal Court Judge Mary Beth Leibowitz, Circuit Court Judges Wheeler Rosenbalm and Dale Workman, and Fourth Circuit Court Judge Bill Swann. The ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 in the Atrium at the City-County Building. Friends, family and   colleagues are invited to the brief ceremony and unveiling of the portraits done by Knoxville photographer Rachel Towers Brooks. Refreshments will be served at a reception immediately following the ceremony. You are encouraged to stay and reminisce following the ceremony.
