The Knoxville Bar Association is seeking volunteer attorneys to provide a brief 15-20 minute consultation with conference attendees to assist in planning for their family. Attorneys will be asked to volunteer for two hour blocks of time during the conference and clients will be scheduled every twenty minutes. Rothchild Conference Center (8807 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37923) The Office on Aging has hosted an annual fall workshop, Aging: A Family Affair, since 1984. The workshop provides practical information on a variety of topics for seniors, family members, caregivers, and professionals who work with seniors. The cost for the day is $25 and includes lunch, an exhibitors’ fair, and materials. Registration. The day starts with a keynote address that is attended by all who have registered. After that, speakers who are experts in their fields discuss topics of interest in the workshop’s eight seminars that are offered in three sessions during the day.
