The clerk of court hereby provides notice of the opportunity to submit recommendations for changes to the Local Bankruptcy Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the forms required by those rules.  The present local rules and forms are available on the court’s website: www.tneb.uscourts.gov.  Recommendations for proposed changes should be in writing and submitted in letter form.  If the addition of a new rule is recommended, the proposed new rule should be included in the recommendation. Additionally, if the modification or amendment to an existing rule or form is recommended, the proposed language to be incorporated into or deleted from the existing local rule or form should be included in the recommendation.  The letter with any recommended changes should be addressed as follows and mailed to the clerk of court by July 31, 2018.
