Supreme Court Proposes Rule Changes

ADM2017-01832 - Rule 12, Section 1 of the Rules of the Tennessee Supreme Court and the First-Degree Murder Report. The deadline for submitting written comments is Monday, October 13, 2017.

ADM2017-01195 - new Supreme Court rule addressing the practice of "Collaborative Family Law". The comment deadline is November 21, 2017.

ADM2017-01892 - Proposed Amendments to the Tennessee Rules of Procedure & Evidence (2018 Rules Package). The comment deadline is November 22, 2017.
