On Friday, August 11th at 8:00 a.m., Knox County Juvenile Court Judge Tim Irwin will unveil Magistrate Kay Kaserman’s portrait that will hang in Courtroom #2 after she retires. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend as this will also be Magistrate Kaserman’s last day at Juvenile Court after almost 30 years.
