Notice: Job Listing Update for 2025

On January 1, 2025, the KBA implemented a fee structure for posting job listings on our Career Classifieds page. This adjustment is in line with the practices of other bar associations, ensuring a consistent and professional platform for both employers and job seekers. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we enhance our services.

Job Listing Fee Structure (30 Day Listing)

KBA Members (and managing staff): $200.00
Non-Members (and managing staff): $400.00

Note for managing staff: If you are posting a job listing on behalf of a KBA Member, please ensure that you log in to that member's KBA account before beginning the process. This will ensure that you receive the correct pricing. If you need login assistance, please contact the KBA Staff at (865) 522-6522, or email us at info@knoxbar.org.

Please use the Search Job Openings if you are seeking employment.

Use the Search for Candidates if you are a seeking to hire.

To post a resume at no charge, click the My Resumes tab, then 'Add Resume' on the right. 
 

Instructions for posting a job listing:
(1) Click the 'My Jobs' tab. Then, on the right side, click 'Add Job'.
(2) Fill out the contact information and job details as needed.
(3) When finished, click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.
(4) After saving, you will find your job listed under the 'Jobs Posted' menu with a red bar across the listing.
(5) To the right side of your listing, you will see a small, green button in the shape of dollars. Click this and then follow through with the payment instructions.
(6) With payment complete, your job listing will be live on the KBA Classifieds site.

If you wish to post a job as a blind box ad, please also follow these instructions:

(1) Create your account and include your contact information.
(2) Indicate specifics of the job but do not list the name of the employer under Job Details.
(3) In the field "How to Apply," please note that interested candidates should email resumes to classifieds@knoxbar.org with the job title (i.e. Litigation paralegal, FT legal assistant) in the subject line. 

The option to place a blind box ad is only available to current KBA members.
