Legal Issues- Protection for Elders & Their Caregivers
Learn about the legal issues dealing with how to finance long-term health care, the means by which assets can be preserved for a spouse or other loved ones; the do's and don'ts of property transfers, and other legal protection for the elderly and their caregivers.  Recent changes in Medicaid laws and regulations, and probate “estate recovery” will be discussed.
