A referral will be processed by our LRIS staff and the information completed in this form will be forwarded to the attorney. If you have questions or would prefer to speak with LRIS staff personally, please contact the service at (865) 522-7501.  Our staff will typically respond to your request within 24 hours of our normal operating hours.

(2) If you are not interested in receiving a referral to a Knoxville attorney, please refer to the American Bar Association's website.
