At KBA Legal Placement Service we understand the needs of the legal professional’s office. Providing our members with skilled support staff is our primary objective. We offer a wide range of services from temporary to permanent placement. All for a very attractive price and all for just one call!

Preferred Rates for Members
No other placement agency will ever offer you such a low rate! Why do we do it? Legal Placement Service is a membership program sponsored by the KBA. We know that having a qualified support staff is absolutely critical to the success of your practice. That’s why we’re proud to offer our members access to this service for only a fraction of the going rate charged by outside services!

Since its inception in 1992, Legal Placement has continued to develop and expand its services so that we have something to offer everyone, regardless of the type or size of your practice.

At Legal Placement Service, we believe information is the key to making the right hiring choice. You need far more than a simple resume. We make sure you have it! Besides a resume, we provide a detailed employment application, a behavioral questionnaire, test scores, and employment verifications.

We don’t waste precious time by recruiting production-line workers or engineers. Why should we? After all, isn’t it our job is to staff law offices ?

 No-Hassle Testing
Think you may have already found the perfect candidate? Why not be sure? Let us design a testing package based on your specific office needs. Choose from a wide array of available skills and software test modules. Test up to 3 different candidates for one low fee!  Put them to the test by scheduling an appointment for them to take the Computer Skills Test offered through the KBA Legal Placement Service.

If you would like to open a contract with KBA Legal Placement Service, please complete the LPS Contract Request.  If you have additional questions, please contact Tammy Tupps, KBA Legal Placement Coordinator. 

  • All contracts require a non-refundable $100 listing fee. This fee must be paid before any referrals can be made.
  • The permanent placement fee for support staff is $650.00.
  • The permanent placement fee for an attorney is $750.00.
  • A separate contract and fee schedule exists for temporary positions.
  • Customized testing packages are available for testing 1-3 candidates for $75.00.
