KBA President J. William Coley presided over the Annual Meeting of the Knoxville Bar Association on Friday, December 14, 2012. The following KBA members were elected as officers for 2012: Wade V. Davies - President-Elect, Tasha C. Blakney - Treasurer and – Wayne R. Kramer - Secretary. The membership elected the following to the four open positions on the Board of Governors: Doug Blaze, Chris McCarty, Hanson Tipton, and Chancellor John Weaver. Heidi A. Barcus assumed the presidency of the Knoxville Bar Association at the close of the meeting.
