Add to Outlook Calendar... Event Description: On Wednesday, December 29, 2010 from 12 Noon - 1:00 p.m. the KBA CLE Committee will present ”E-Discovery Unmasked”. The program was originally presented live during the KBA Law Practice Expo in April 2010. The video will be shown at the KBA office and a moderator will be present so the program has been approved for live CLE credit (instead of distance learning or online CLE credit which is limited to 8 hours per year). The program has been approved for 1 hour of general CLE credit. The seminar features Charles E. Young, Jr. - Babcock & Wilcox Technical Services, Y-12, LLC E-Discovery is a constantly evolving area of law. Litigators have three choices: learn it, associate counsel who understands it, or decline cases where it occurs -- which is almost all of them.
