Event Description:

On Wednesday, December 29, 2010 from 12 Noon - 1:00 p.m. the KBA CLE Committee will present ”E-Discovery Unmasked”. The program was originally presented live during the KBA Law Practice Expo in April 2010.

The video will be shown at the KBA office and a moderator will be present so the program has been approved for live CLE credit (instead of distance learning or online CLE credit which is limited to 8 hours per year). The program has been approved for 1 hour of general CLE credit.

The seminar features Charles E. Young, Jr. - Babcock & Wilcox Technical Services, Y-12, LLC

E-Discovery is a constantly evolving area of law. Litigators have three choices: learn it, associate counsel who understands it, or decline cases where it occurs -- which is almost all of them. Learn the latest updates on how the federal rules have been interpreted and enhance your ability to request, collect, produce, and analyze electronic evidence properly to preserve its admissibility and avoid sanctions
