The KBA CLE Committee is proud to present a CLE program on ”Emerging Issues in Insurance Law” on October 11, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. at the City County Builidng, Main Assembly Room.
As an attorney in Tennessee, insurance is a frequent topic you will encounter. Whether you are primarily a litigator or transactional attorney, are fairly new to practice or an experienced attorney, join us! Learn what you need to know regarding the types, extent and exclusions of coverage, and other issues that impact claims through initial negotiation, litigation, mediation and settlement.
