The KBA Government & Public Service Lawyers Section presents a seminar entitled ”Bankruptcy’s Top 10" on August 22, 2013.

The progam will feature Suzanne H. Bauknight, U.S. Attorney’s Office and Patricia C. Foster, U.S. Trustee’s Office.

Program attendees will hear about the most common mistakes new bankruptcy practitioners make and the most important things to know if you intend to appear in bankruptcy court.

Approved for 1 hour of General CLE credit.

Non-KBA Members - $ 30
KBA Law Student Members - No Charge
Staff of KBA Members - $ 20

KBA Members not wishing to receive CLE credit may attend the program at no charge (handout materials not included). A reservation is required in advance of the program. There is a $ 5 additional charge for registration on the day of the program. You do not need to be a member of the section in order to attend the CLE program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the program are subject to the penalty of the entire amount. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual.
