Event Description:

The KBA Unmet Legal Needs of Children Committee presents a seminar entitled ”Intrafamily Adoption for Beginners” on April 23, 2013 from 12 Noon - 1:00 p.m. in the Small Assembly Room located in the City County Building. The CLE features Dawn Coppock, Attorney at Law.

Adoption laws and procedures can be confusing and tricky. Get a handle on the easiest of relative and step parent adoptions during this one hour session. This kowledge can serve as a foundation for learning the process for more difficult cases. 

The program has been approved for one hour of general CLE credit.

Program Cost:

KBA Members - $ 20
Non-KBA Members - $ 30
KBA Law Student Members - No Charge
Staff of KBA Members - $ 20

A reservation is required in advance of the program - $ 5 dollar additional fee the day of the program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the program are subject to the penalty of the entire amount. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual.
