Event Description:

The KBA Family Law Section presents a seminar entitled ”Understanding Grandparents’ Rights” on March 19, 2013 from 12 Noon - 1:00 p.m. in the Small Assembly Room located in the City County Building. The CLE features Theodore (Ted) Kern, Eshbaugh, Waters, Strange-Boston & Kern.

This CLE will provide an overview of the statues and case law affecting grandparents’ rights, establishing the right to visitation in court, and the frequency and terms of visitation.

The program has been approved for one hour of general CLE credit.

Program Cost:

KBA Members - $ 20
Non-KBA Members - $ 30
KBA Law Student Members - No Charge
Staff of KBA Members - $ 20

A reservation is required in advance of the program - $ 5 dollar additional fee the day of the program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the program are subject to the penalty of the entire amount. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual.
