The KBA Family Law Section presents a seminar entitled ”Understanding Grandparents’ Rights” on March 19, 2013 from 12 Noon - 1:00 p.m. in the Small Assembly Room located in the City County Building. The CLE features Theodore (Ted) Kern, Eshbaugh, Waters, Strange-Boston & Kern. This CLE will provide an overview of the statues and case law affecting grandparents’ rights, establishing the right to visitation in court, and the frequency and terms of visitation. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the program are subject to the penalty of the entire amount.
