The KBA Family Law Section presents a seminar entitled ”Helping your clients navigate the Financial Pitfalls of a Divorce” on April 16, 2013 from 12 Noon - 1:00 p.m. in the Main Assembly Room located in the City County Building. The CLE features Paige H. Christenberry, Wealth Advisor with Regions Private Wealth Management.

A divorce is a devastating, life-changing situation for your client financially. The decisions made in the divorce decree will alter their financial status positively or negatively for the remainder of their lives. Paige Christenberry, Wealth Advisor with Regions Private Wealth Management has developed a niche in working with clients who are or who have recently become divorced in managing this financial transition. She will navigate you through common pitfalls and mistakes and how to avoid those for your client.

The program has been approved for one hour of general CLE credit.

Program Cost:

KBA Members - $ 20
Non-KBA Members - $ 30
KBA Law Student Members - No Charge
Staff of KBA Members - $ 20

A reservation is required in advance of the program - $ 5 dollar additional fee the day of the program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the program are subject to the penalty of the entire amount. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual.
