Event Description:

The KBA ADR Section presents a seminar entitled "Family Law Mediation Roundtable”.The CLE program will feature:

William A. Mynatt, Sheppeard & Mynatt, P.L.C.
Suzanne “Niki” Price, Bunstine, Watson, McElroy & Becker
Lisa Collins Werner, Consensus Mediation Group

You do not need to be a member of the section in order to attend the CLE program. KBA Members not wishing to receive CLE credit may attend the program at no charge (handout materials not included).

The program has been approved for one hour of General CLE Credit and one hour of Family Mediation Issues Credit.

Program Cost:

KBA Members - $ 20
Non-KBA Members - $ 30
KBA Law Student Members - No Charge
Staff of KBA Members - $ 20

A reservation is required in advance of the program - $ 5 dollar fee additional the day of the program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the program are subject to the penalty of the entire amount. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual.
