Event Description:

The April Lunch & Learn CLE program will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 12 noon - 1:30 p.m. at the *Downtown Hilton. A buffet lunch will be provided and will begin at 12 Noon.

The program features Catherine E. Shuck, Wimberly Lawson Wright Daves & Jones, PLLC.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requires employers to "pay or play” in 2014. Regulations implementing this and many other provisions affecting employers are flowing out of Washington fast and furious; are you ready? This seminar examines the employer mandate, the individual mandate, and other associated health reform provisions that will affect us all in 2014.

The program has been approved for 1 hour of general CLE credit.

A reservation is required in advance of the program - $ 5 dollar additional fee the day of the program.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the program are subject to the penalty of the entire amount. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual.
