On Monday, December 31, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. the KBA CLE Committee will present ”Catching up on E-Discovery Developments ". The program was originally presented live as a Lunch & Learn program on May 10, 2012. The video will be shown at the KBA office and a moderator will be present so the program has been approved for live CLE credit (instead of distance learning or online CLE credit which is limited to 8 hours per year). The program has been approved for 1 hour of dual CLE credit. Featuring: Charles E. Young Jr., Babcock & Wilcox Technical Services, Y-12, LLC This presentation will provide an update on recent judicial decisions, rulemaking action, and technology news affecting the discovery of electronically stored information. Program Cost: A reservation is required in advance of the program - $ 5 dollar fee additional the day of the program.
