On Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. the KBA CLE Committee will present ”Mediation – Getting the Most Out of the Mediation Process & Your Mediator". The program was originally presented live as a Lunch & Learn program on March 8, 2012. The video will be shown at the KBA office and a moderator will be present so the program has been approved for live CLE credit (instead of distance learning or online CLE credit which is limited to 8 hours per year). The program has been approved for 1 hour of general CLE credit. Featuring: Dana C. Holloway, Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC About 95% of cases settle out of court. It logically follows that your mediation day very well may be the most important day in your case. This program will help you make the most out of your mediation. Program Cost: A reservation is required in advance of the program - $ 5 dollar fee additional the day of the program.
