 Add to Outlook Calendar... Event Description: On Friday, December 21, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. the KBA CLE Committee will present ”Construction Law Update 2012". The program was originally presented live as a Lunch & Learn program on October 11, 2012. The video will be shown at the KBA office and a moderator will be present so the program has been approved for live CLE credit (instead of distance learning or online CLE credit which is limited to 8 hours per year). The program has been approved for 1 hour of general CLE credit. Featuring: Adrienne Anderson, Anderson Busby PLLC This program will present an overview of construction law for the general practitioner who handles cases for owners, developers, design professionals, contractors and/or subcontractors, including recent developments in Tennessee construction law.
