Event Description:

The February Lunch & Learn CLE program will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2013 from 12 noon - 1:30 p.m. at the *Downtown Hilton. A buffet lunch will be provided.

The program features Albert Secor, Licensed Attorney & Executive Vice President & Director of Trust Services of Capital Mark Bank

Tennessee’s General Assembly made a number of changes, particularly with regard to inheritance and gift taxes. This CLE covers recent legislation, as well as court decisions, and highlights tax traps for practitioners.

Cost:

KBA Members - $ 40
Non-KBA Members - $ 60
KBA Law Student Members - $ 30
Staff of KBA Members - $ 40

The program has been approved for 1 hour of general CLE credit.

A reservation is required in advance of the program - $ 5 dollar additional fee the day of the program.
