The KBA Family Law Section presents a seminar entitled ”Tennessee Family Law Update” on January 15, 2013 from 11:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m. in Small Assembly Room located in the City County Building. The CLE features K.O. Herston, Herston Roskind, PLC.

K.O. Herston studies Tennessee’s family law opinions so you don’t have to! You can stay up-to-date by spending days reading his comprehensive blog, Herston on Tennessee Family Law, or get the highlights in this informative two-hour CLE program, where he will discuss the most important cases handed down this past year along with new legislation. This program is a must for all family law practitioners.

The program has been approved for two hours of general CLE credit and two hours of family law CME credit.

A reservation is required in advance of the program - $ 5 dollar additional fee the day of the program.
