Exploring East Tennessee CLE Series- One Night At The Museum
Join us for good times and fellowship
The one-hour CLE program will cover historic zoning ordinances and commission regulations and the often delicate balance needed to address interests of preservationists, property owners and city officials. Knoxville attorney Arthur Seymour Jr. will emcee the program which will feature Kaye Graybeal, Historic Preservation Planner at the Metropolitan Planning Commission, Lisa Hatfield, Attorney for the City of Knoxville, and Charles Wagner, Vice Chairman and Legal Counsel for Jewelry Television who represented Cherokee Country Club in their zoning battle that took them to the Supreme Court.
